How Time is Used

Every school has unique challenges. Third Ear Project works with all involved to co-create an individualized plan for presenting Intentional Communication to school participants.

An example of our work together may consist of:

  • Group introduction where Alex lays the explains the principles & practices of IC to prepare participants for a culture shift.
  • Student group sessions practicing and modeling Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence, Empathy, Compassion and Non-Violent Communication.
  • Teacher empathy sessions, helping teachers and administrators “be heard”. Third Ear helps ease the lives of teachers!
  • Individual one-on-ones where Alex talks with students in conflict to understand their needs and works on a plan to prevent conflict in the future.
  • Specialized consulting and planning. Custom forms, worksheets and processes for continuing TEP.
  • Customized curriculum for teachers based on “The No-Fault Classroom” that incorporates Intentional Communication.
  • Parent workshops and training. (additional cost)

Pricing

Pricing will vary from school-to-school depending on the level of participation and implementation.

Available Grants

Third Ear Project is a recognized 501c3 organization and set-up to receive grants for our work. We can assist in pointing your administration in the right direction to apply and be awarded a grant.

Scheduling

The process of getting administration approval and funding depends on your individual situation. Once approval and funding have been secured, Third Ear Project takes only a short time to tailor a presentation format for your school’s needs. We recommend a 6 week minimum commitment from that point.
